The Circuit Barn is two local owners who actually do the work, no call center, no ticket queue. You'll always know exactly who's touching your systems.
Russell is our IT expert, networks, servers, security, and the infrastructure that keeps an office running. If it plugs in or connects, he makes it work and keeps it that way.
Tyler builds the custom software and automation and handles IT alongside Russell. Between the two of us, you get infrastructure and software from the people who actually build it.

We come out, look at how you take payments, how the computers and network are set up, and whether backups actually work. You get a one page list of what's fine and what isn't.

Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Start with a free checkup, a single visit, or one project. Monthly plans are month to month to begin, and we earn the renewal.
How fast can you respond?
We're local, so on-site is usually same or next business day. Most issues get fixed remotely, often within the hour during business hours. We're a two owner shop, and we'll tell you our hours up front rather than promise what we can't keep.
Can you support us remotely?
Yes. With your permission we securely connect to a workstation or server, fix the problem, and log the session, so you're not waiting on a truck for a ten minute fix.
Do you handle HIPAA and PCI?
Yes, the practical side: risk assessments, security controls, backups, and the documentation, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with healthcare offices. We're not a formal auditor, and most small offices don't need one. Details on the compliance page.
What size business do you work with?
Offices, practices, shops, and contractors from one person up to around thirty. If you have computers, a network, and nobody whose job it is to keep them running, that's us.
Do you still fix personal phones and TVs?
