2. I come to you. Most computer work happens right at your kitchen table. For deeper jobs I can take it and bring it back, your call.
3. Back up and running. You approve the price before any work, you pay when it's fixed, and it's covered for 30 days.

My computer is really slow. Is it worth fixing?
Usually, yes. A tune-up, more memory, or swapping in a solid-state drive can make an old computer feel new for a fraction of the cost of replacing it. I'll tell you honestly if it's not worth it.
Will I lose my files?
I'm careful with your data and can back it up first. If a drive is failing, recovering your files is often part of the job, just tell me it's important.
Do you work on both Windows and Mac?
Yes. Windows laptops and desktops are the most common. I take MacBooks too, though Apple parts cost more, so I'll quote those individually.
What if you can't fix it?
You pay nothing. Diagnosis is free and you only pay when it's working.
