Custom PC Builds, Done Right, in Wayne County
Want a gaming rig or a solid work computer without paying big-box markup or guessing at parts? I'm Tyler with The Circuit Barn. Tell me what you want it to do and your budget, and I'll spec it, build it, and set it up so it's ready to go the day you get it.
Same number for both. Free build consultation and a clear parts quote before anything is ordered.
What I build
- Gaming PCs built around the games you actually play
- Work and home-office desktops
- Budget builds that stretch your dollar
- Upgrades: more memory, faster storage, better graphics
- Part sourcing and honest recommendations
- Full setup: Windows, drivers, updates, and moving your files
How pricing works
Custom builds are simple and transparent: you pay for the parts, and I charge a flat build fee for the labor (spec'ing it, assembling, cable management, installing Windows, and testing it). No mystery markup.
Build labor starts at $150 depending on the build. I'll give you a full parts list with prices before anything is ordered, and you approve it first. Upgrades to an existing PC are quoted per job.
How it works
1. Tell me what it's for and your budget. "1440p gaming around $1,200," "a reliable desktop for the home office." I'll ask a few questions.
2. I send you a parts list and price. You see exactly what you're getting and what it costs. Nothing is ordered until you're happy with it.
3. I build, test, and set it up. You get a finished, ready-to-use computer, delivered and set up in your home if you're local.

Common questions
How much should I budget for a gaming PC?
It depends on what and how you play. Text me the games and the resolution you want (1080p, 1440p, etc.) and I'll tell you honestly what it takes and where your money is best spent.
Can you just build parts I already bought?
Absolutely. If you've already got the parts, I'll assemble, wire, install Windows, and test it for the build fee.
Can you upgrade my current PC instead?
Often that's the smarter move. More memory or a solid-state drive can transform an older machine for a lot less than a new build. I'll tell you which makes sense.
Do I pay for parts up front?
Yes, parts are paid up front so I can order exactly what's on your approved list. The build fee is due when it's finished and running.
