Most home visits are wrapped up in the first hour. I'll always tell you up front if something looks like it'll take longer, so there are no surprises on the bill.
How it works
1. Tell me what's going on. "Wi-Fi is terrible upstairs," "I got a new TV and doorbell camera and I'm lost." Whatever it is, no question is too basic.
2. I come to you. I'll get it working and, if you want, show you how it works so you're comfortable with it.
3. Done and explained. You pay the flat visit rate, and I leave you with things actually working, not half-finished.

My Wi-Fi is terrible in part of the house. Can you fix that?
Usually yes. It's often a router in the wrong spot or the wrong equipment for the size of your home. I'll figure out the cause and get you solid coverage, often with gear you already have.
I'm not very "techy." Is that a problem?
Not at all, that's exactly who I love helping. I explain things in plain language, at your pace, and I'm happy to show you how to use it.
Do you set up smart home cameras and doorbells?
Yes, cameras, video doorbells, thermostats, smart lights, speakers, the works. I'll get them installed, connected, and working on your phone.
Can you help an older parent or relative?
Gladly. Patient, respectful in-home help is a big part of what I do. I'm happy to work with family too.
