No. We can start with a single visit, hourly help, or a one-off project. If ongoing support makes sense down the road, we can set that up, but there's no commitment to get help now.
How fast can you come out?
We're local, so usually same or next business day anywhere in Wayne, Ontario, or Monroe County, and most problems get fixed remotely before a visit is even needed. Text or call and tell us what's down.
Do you do ongoing monthly support?
Yes, for businesses that want it I offer simple monthly support plans so your systems are watched and maintained instead of only fixed when they break. Ask and I'll walk you through it.
